Please edit the following requirements into ONE video file to upload to Greenfly, not to exceed 2:15:

1. 30 second introduction: state your full name, age, hometown, former team or studio, and something notable about yourself. Wear clothing of your choice.

2. 30 second jazz or jazz/funk choreography (wear appropriate attire that supports the style of dance).

3. 30 second high energy heels choreography (wear appropriate attire that supports the style of dance).

4. 30 second hip hop choreography (wear appropriate attire that supports the style of dance).

Note - incorporate any skills that you would like to showcase into the choreography.
